The goal of this website is to provide direct
public access to regulatory Air and NPDES draft permits potentially
affecting water quality. These draft permits and related documents are
made available as a public service in lieu of regulatory agencies making
these documents directly available to the electronically literate internet
community. This website is a continual work-in-progress and will be
updated, as often as possible, when key draft permits are obtained from
issuing regulatory agencies. The lists linked to this website are not all
inclusive but are lists based on current drafts as they are made available
to us by regulatory agencies. Presently, the draft permits available on
this website are obtained from the State of Oregon, but this service may
expand to other states and federal agencies if needed. A discussion of online NPDES permit documents availability from Oregon, Washington, Alaska, Idaho, and California is presented. A discussion of online Title V permit documents availability from Oregon, Washington, Alaska, Idaho, and California is also made available.
